bodyART with Alexa was highly recommended to me by someone who was less than half my age at a yoga class. 
bodyART is a full body work out. I like the slow build up as they work the different stages of the practice.  It is a combination of cardio, yoga, therapeutic exercise put together in a creative way to work the body.  The Focus of the practice is breath work, strengthening the body and building flexibility. Alexa is a fabulous teacher, her instructions are clear, she emphasizes on breath work, proper posture and has a great routine.  I am so glad I decided to attend Alexa’s class, I look forward to Wednesday mornings.  Such a fun exhilarating hour.

If there is a workout that I need to keep for the rest of my life bodyART is absolutely it.  It allows me to move my body, workout, stretch, strength train, balance, and relax all at once. I find that after a session I am more relaxed and energetic.  It is the perfect way to move your body without exerting yourself.
